Return & Exchange Policy

Can I return a piece of art?

lot of works goes into each creation however, we want you to be absolutely happy with your artwork, so we offer a 14 day cooling off period for you to take a look at the artwork in your home and make sure you're comfortable with it. If for any reason you decide it's not for you, then e-mail us to discuss it’s return to the studio in the original packaging at your expense. For Commission works please note: We endeavour to produce your original bespoke work of art to the highest standard with the finish piece to your satisfaction going into great detail to consult and confirm with you along this journey that your expectations will be met which is why we do not offer a refund on the 20% deposit required for you.

How to arrange a return

Simply get in touch to let us know you're looking to return your piece, if you have your order reference number to hand that will help us locate your order details.

Order error or damages

While we make every effort to make sure the artwork arrives with you in perfect condition, if for any reason you're not happy with the condition of your order then let us know straight away.

Refund, Replace or Voucher

Each work of art is an original and difficult to reproduce however If you're returning a piece of artwork to us, once that has been received in the same condition as it was sent to you, your refund, Replacement or Voucher will be arranged.- pet portrait - Wall Art - Landscape
